We would like to introduce a case of front and back NC lathe processing that we conducted. The material used is natural POM, and we performed tapping for 2 M4 holes on a 35Φ (flange part 50Φ). Our company is capable of processing various shapes, and we can also accept orders for associated metal and rubber parts in a single batch. We would like to introduce a case of machining performed using a machining center at our company. The material is natural POM, with a thickness of 40mm, double-sided, and an outer diameter of 500Φ in a donut shape. We processed corner radii, holes, and grooves for gaskets. Our company is capable of machining various shapes and can also accept orders for accompanying metal and rubber parts in a single batch. Transparent resin material can be processed into complex shapes! We will propose material selection based on the intended use.

We would like to introduce a case study of precision machining parts conducted by our company. The material is PEEK, with an outer diameter of φ11x4mm, 3.5 grooves, and two Φ2 through holes. The entire process was machined using a machining center. The surface accuracy required smoothness, so we processed the pitch finely.
